用友T+11.6 不能修改参考成本

存货档案里修改不了参考成本，提示“计量单位固定类型的辅助计量换算率不能为空、不能小于或者等于零”，查看存货档案里的计量单位页签里主计量单位是没有换算率的，为空，但是在计量单位档案里又有。
