T+销售订单无法选单生成退货单

T+销售订单（订单号：BDWX-02）在退货单界面无法选择该销售订单生成退货单，在销售订单界面点击生单生成退货单时提示（当前单据明细数量已全部流转或档案已停用或其它不满足生单条件，不能再生单!）。若选择销货单生成退货单之后，该订单也无法从新生成销货单。
